RedArrow Maintenance Scheduled for 7/11/2019 Evening Hide Details...

Dear Valued RedArrow Subscriber,

RedArrow will undergo a maintenance update starting at 7 PM CST (6 PM MST) on Thursday, July 11th and ending before 6 AM CST (5 AM MST) on Friday, July 12th. The maintenance involves improving information storage and security. As part of this update, any user that has not logged into RedArrow or the Client Portal within the last 90 days will be deactivated. We recommend that any user that has not logged in within the prior 90 days do so by Wednesday, July 10th, 2019, to maintain an active user status. If your RedArrow users or Client Portal customers experience difficulty logging in on or after Friday, July 12th please first check that the correct user name and password was used and if they are still unable to login, contact the RedArrow Support team on T: 800-948-4070 or E: support@redarrowonline.com during our normal support hours of 7 AM-7 PM CST (6 AM-6 PM MST) and Support can assist you with how to reactivate your logins.

Important Notice – RedArrow Software Update Delayed! Hide Details...

Dear Valued RedArrow Subscriber,

A patch update to the RedArrow system was planned for the evening of March 28th. That patch update has now been postponed until the evening of Monday, April 1st. There are two important issues that are resolved in this update, and are the main purpose for the software patch. The first is that quarterly random pools are currently unable to run for the second quarter 2019. The second issue is that in generating invoices for billing, one time fees entered at the invoice level are not being applied to the invoice. As stated above, both of these issues will be resolved with the patch update next Monday evening. Please plan your random selection and billing activities accordingly. We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting this update completed, and for any inconvenience it causes to you or your customers.

    • 20217 - Resolved an issue that caused large random selections to timeout and duplicate the selection.

    • 19800 – Updated Account Exceptions worklist to initially display only a limited number of records and to refresh quicker when an exception is resolved.

    • 20641 – Resolved issue that caused the Temperature in Range value to change from Out of Range to Normal for some tests.
