Dear Valued RedArrow Subscriber,
RedArrow will undergo a maintenance update starting at 7 PM CST (6 PM MST) on Thursday, July 11th and ending before 6 AM CST (5 AM MST) on Friday, July 12th. The maintenance involves improving information storage and security. As part of this update, any user that has not logged into RedArrow or the Client Portal within the last 90 days will be deactivated. We recommend that any user that has not logged in within the prior 90 days do so by Wednesday, July 10th, 2019, to maintain an active user status. If your RedArrow users or Client Portal customers experience difficulty logging in on or after Friday, July 12th please first check that the correct user name and password was used and if they are still unable to login, contact the RedArrow Support team on T: 800-948-4070 or E: support@redarrowonline.com during our normal support hours of 7 AM-7 PM CST (6 AM-6 PM MST) and Support can assist you with how to reactivate your logins.
